Orange Bread

3 oz pack of Cream Cheese cut into approx. 20 pieces
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tbls. grated orange rind
2 packs Buttermilk Biscuits (11-ounce size)
1/2 cup butter melted
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbls. orange juice

Mix the sugar, pecans and orange rind in a small bowl and reserve. Separate the biscuits and then separate each in half. Place one cream square between each half and press the edges to seal. Dip each in the butter and the sugar mixture from above. Stand the biscuits on their side in a Bundt pan.

Cover the top with the remaining butter and then the remaining sugar mixture., Bake at 350 degrees until golden (approx. 45 minutes) making sure not to burn. Place on serving dish immediately (or it will stick to the pan!).

Finally combine the powedered sugar and orange juice and drizzle it over the warm bread. Serve warm
