Crossiants

pkg Pillsbury Crossiants |

eggs (preferably farm fresh ) |
1/2
cup milk |
1
cup of Mexican Blend Cheese |
sliced
ham or breakfast |
sausage
chopped green onions |
garlic
pepper fresh parsley |

salsa sour cream |

Preheat
oven to 375' |

Beat milk and eggs, garlic pepper
. Melt butter in skillet & saute green onions. Scramble eggs. Set eggs aside
and sprinkle with cheese.
On cookie sheet unroll crossiants. Leave two of the crossiants together to form
bottom of pastry. You will use the other two for the top. Cover the crossiant
with meat ( Ham or Sausage) Then cover meat with eggs.
Place the other crossiants on top and pinch the edges together. Bake for 15 minutes
or until golden brown. Garnish with sour cream, black olives, green onions &
sprinkle with cheese. Serve with garden salsa and fresh fruit.
