cup shorting
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
3 heaping tsp.baking
powder
1 tsp.salt
1 cup milk
1 can buleberries drained or 1 small pkg. frozen
or fresh buleberries
Cream
Shorting together with sugar until fluffy;add eggs one at a time mixing well after
each;sift flour,baking power and salt.Alternately starting with milk mix well. Add
Buleberries last fold in well.
Bake in muffin tins in oven on 375* until done about
15 to 20 min.
