Preheat
oven at 400* and grease
2 (12 hole) muffin pans. Makes 24
Combine:
1 Box Bran Flakes
3 cups sugar
5 tsps. baking soda
5 cups flour
1 1/2 tsps. salt.
Beat
together: 1 quart buttermilk, 1 cup vegetable oil and 4 eggs.
Stir all together with 1 cup of your choice of any chopped dried, fresh or canned
fruit till just mixed. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until done.
