Praline Pumpkin Muffins

Toss together and set aside: 1 cup brown sugar,
1 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup butter, melted.

Muffins:
2 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp.baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. each of ginger, cinnamon & nutmeg
1/4 tsp. each of allspice & clove 1 cup pumpkin, freshly cooked or canned
3/4 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup buttermmilk
1 large egg 1/3 cup oil
4 tbls. marmalade 1/2 cup golden raisins

Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix pumpkin, sugar, buttermilk, oil, egg, and marmalade together.
Stir in dry ingredients and add raisins.

Spoon mixture into well greased muffin pans or paper muffin cups, Fill 3/4 way up.
Spoon praline toppong onto batter, dividing equally. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Cool in pans for 2-3 minutes.
