1 stick of butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup pancake syrup
3 cups bisquick
3 eggs
3 Tbls oil
2 cup milk Blueberries

Mix butter, sugar and syrup and pour into greased 9 X 13 pan. Cut butter or soften first. Mix Bisquick, eggs, oil and milk. Pour over syrup mixture. Sprinkle with blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
